The EPC E-7100 brings electronic control to one of the most proven mechanical injection pumps ever built.
The E-7100 is a replacement governor housing and electronic control system for the Bosch P7100 injection pump.
It replaces the factory governor housing and mechanical governor system while allowing you to retain and reuse your existing P7100 fueling components.
WHAT IS THE E-7100?
The E-7100 is a replacement governor housing with integrated electronic control.
It replaces the factory P7100 governor housing and mechanical governor assembly, including more than 200 associated mechanical components.
Important: The E-7100 does not include the fueling portion of the P7100. Your existing fueling components are retained and reused.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL. MECHANICAL INJECTION.
The E-7100 allows your P7100 to be controlled electronically through a drive-by-wire throttle signal.
The system is designed to work with any aftermarket ECU with drive-by-wire support.
You choose the ECU and tuner. The E-7100 provides the electronic control interface while your existing P7100 fueling system remains in place.

INSTALLATION
Installation requires removal of the factory P7100 governor housing and removal of the factory timing flag.
The conversion can be performed with the injection pump still installed on the vehicle.
After installation, the E-7100 housing must be correctly timed to the pickup in the new housing.
Correct installation and timing are essential for proper operation.

TUNING REQUIREMENTS
The E-7100 requires an aftermarket ECU capable of controlling a drive-by-wire throttle system.
ECU configuration and calibration are the responsibility of the installer and/or qualified tuner.
EPC does not require a proprietary tuning platform. The E-7100 is designed to integrate with aftermarket ECU systems that support the required drive-by-wire functionality.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE
The E-7100 is a replacement governor housing and electronic control system, not a complete P7100 injection pump.
Installation requires:
- Removal of the factory governor housing
- Removal of the factory timing flag
- Installation of the E-7100 housing
- Correct timing of the injection pump to the E-7100 pickup
- ECU configuration and calibration
